Privacy Policy

Clients 2 Closing is operated by Solution Specialists, LLC. The app stores information a realtor chooses to enter, including professional profile information, client names and contact information, property and transaction details, notes, photographs, and uploaded documents. An account identifier and email address are used to keep each realtor's records separate and available across authorized devices.

Information We Do Not Collect

Clients 2 Closing does not request or collect Social Security numbers, bank-account numbers, or payment-card numbers. Users should not enter this information in notes or uploaded documents. Apple processes App Store subscription payments; Clients 2 Closing does not receive full payment-card details.

How Information Is Used

Information is used only to provide client, property, transaction, document, backup, synchronization, support, and subscription-entitlement features. We do not sell realtor or client information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Storage and Sharing

Information is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored in protected cloud storage. Client information is shared with another person only when the realtor deliberately uses a sharing feature and selects the information to send. Hosting providers and Apple process limited information only to deliver their respective services.

Retention and Deletion

Information remains until the account holder deletes it or requests deletion, except when limited retention is required by law or needed to prevent fraud. “Delete My App Data” in the app's Settings removes saved client records, backup history, documents, and property photos.

Delete Your Data

In the app, open Settings → Privacy, Support & Account → Delete My App Data. The app asks for multiple confirmations before permanently removing client records, backups, documents, and property photos. Download a backup first if you need a copy.

If you cannot access the app, email support from the address associated with your account. We will verify ownership before processing the request.

Clients 2 Closing is a workflow and document-organization tool for real estate professionals. Users are responsible for entering accurate information, obtaining permission to store and share client information, maintaining required brokerage records, and complying with applicable real-estate, privacy, and document-retention rules.

The app does not provide legal, tax, brokerage, title, inspection, or financial advice and is not a substitute for an official transaction-management or brokerage compliance system when one is required.

Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank-account numbers, payment-card numbers, passwords, or other unnecessary highly sensitive information in client records, notes, or uploaded documents.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple Account settings. Users should maintain appropriate independent copies of records required by their brokerage or law.
